We offer a range of services to our clients including building and pest inspections for residential and commercial properties, strata building reports and contamination testing including Methamphetamine testing. We pride ourselves in using the latest equipment including thermal imaging, moisture meter and drone technology.
An expert assessment of the overall condition of the property will be made by comparing it to other properties of a similar type, age, and construction method/materials used in accordance with the Australian Standard (AS 4349.1-2007).
